Job Description
The HR Business Partner will implement and support HR operations, align with the Company's HR Strategy and policies, and ensure day-to-day compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles (generalist, recruiter, or HR officer), preferably within an international or multi-site environment
- Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
