Job Description
The GEEK Terna Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for the Electronic Ticketing System of urban transportation in N. Attica. Responsibilities include providing first-level support, monitoring equipment, and managing fault resolution.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer support department
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
