Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- CCP certification or Master's is a plus
- 8-10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and employee recognition programs
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday
