Consultant Due Diligence & Value Creation (Private Equity) (m/f/d)

The Consultant Due Diligence & Value Creation role advises management in developing commercial/digital/tech/data due diligence reports for private equity transactions. The role involves business model analyses, developing equity stories, identifying client needs, analyzing AI's impact, and collaborating with digital expert teams. The role also involves preparing presentations and actively participating in workshops, client meetings, and business analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or related discipline with excellent grades.
• Master's degree with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
• Strong affinity for technologies, including digital marketing, or AI.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mind.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.
• Fluency in English and ideally German.
