Director Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

This role seeks a Director of Transaction Advisory / Strategy to lead international commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence reports for buy- and sell-side transactions. The position involves managing analyses of digital business models, developing equity stories, identifying client consulting needs, analyzing the strategic impact of AI, leading project teams, and supervising team development. Requirements

• University degree in business, economics, computer science, or related discipline
• Master's degree or MBA (a plus)
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in digital strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing
• Strong affinity for technology, including digital marketing, technology, or AI
• Distinct customer orientation and mediation skills
• Strong analytical and creative skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English and ideally German
