• You will assist with market analysis, research, and evaluation and derive recommendations for action.
• You support our Chief People Officer in sales activities and create slide decks for pitch presentations.
• You work independently and are responsible for and drive your own sub-projects.
• You contribute your own ideas and projects.

What we require:

• You are currently studying for a degree in economics, international business, business psychology, or a related discipline and have excellent grades (Master's programme is a plus).
• You have gained basic hands-on experience in consulting, strategy teams, or business development.
• You have excellent PowerPoint, as well as good Excel skills.
• You are a strong analytical thinker with precise and structured communication skills.
• You love to take on a challenge and are eager to push both your personal and professional development.
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English and German.
