Job Description
We are looking for a Manager Tech Transaction Advisory to lead and manage Technology & IT Due Diligence projects. You will assess IT landscapes, conduct AI Due Diligence, identify technical risks, and develop risk mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Excellent university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Technology Due Diligence, IT Consulting, Digital Strategy, or Technology M&A Advisory
- Proven experience working with private equity firms, investors, or corporates in transaction contexts
- Strong knowledge of modern IT architectures, cloud environments, software development processes, and AI technologies
- Experience assessing IT vendors, technology providers, and outsourced service models from a commercial and technical perspective
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and data platform landscapes and understanding system integration and scalability requirements
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to translate technical insights into investment-relevant conclusions
- Strong communication and presentation skills and confidence in engaging with C-level executives and investment professionals
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with architecture modeling tools, data-flow mapping, or code assessment is a strong plus
