Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in München. The ideal candidate has a passion for identifying and attracting top talent in a fast-paced environment, with a deep understanding of digital strategy consulting or the tech ecosystem. You will work closely with hiring managers to define profiles, craft sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in consulting, tech, or a fast-growing digital environment
- Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, ATS systems) and understanding recruiting analytics and KPIs
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills and a keen sense for potential, culture fit, and business impact
- Fluent English; German or another language is a plus
