Job Description
Wilken Software Group is seeking a Senior Recruiter for full-cycle recruitment across software development, IT, and Non-Tech roles. The role involves contributing to process improvements, proactively shaping the recruiting area, and driving new recruiting topics. Requirements
- Completed an economics, psychology, personnel management, IT or a comparable degree.
- More than several years of experience in recruiting, with demonstrable success in tech & consultant profiles.
- Sound knowledge of Active Sourcing and direct approach.
- Good technical understanding of common tech roles.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop recruiting strategies.
