Job Description
Targeted Talent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruitment, facilitate the offer process, and manage candidate database via our ATS. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, leadership experience, and a background in IT / Software Development / Technical permanent recruiting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a recruitment agency
- IT / Software Development / Technical permanent recruiting experience (preferred)
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruitment tools
- Understanding of technical and non-technical requirements
- Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Sales experience (preferred)
