Job Description
We are looking for a Vice President Data & AI Engineering to lead the strategic development of our Data & AI Engineering practice, shape the technological direction of data, cloud, and AI systems, and drive innovation in AI, LLM systems, and platform architecture.
Requirements
- Joint strategic leadership of the Data & AI Engineering practice
- End-to-end architecture of complex data and AI platforms
- Strategic client interactions and sales activities
- Leading teams and managing complex technical projects
- Fluency in English and additional local language skills a plus
- Several years of functional and leadership experience in data, AI, or software engineering environments
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud architectures
- Experience in designing and scaling production-grade AI and LLM systems
