The company is looking for a Customer Account Lead to join its customer team and own expansion quotas and renewal outcomes for its rapidly scaling customer base.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience succeeding in a B2B SaaS commercial role
- Consistently performed at the top of their team
- Strong commercial intuition and gravitas to sell to senior leadership
- Ability to build a deep understanding of customers' underlying business drivers and construct & execute against cross-functional business plans
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change
