Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments
• 2-3 years in an agency background
• Exceptional performance and track record
• Ruthless prioritiser, highly organised, and focused on outcomes
• Entrepreneurial and outcomes-focused
• Great communicator and interviewer
• Ambitious and competitive, but not in a sharp-elbows way
