Job Description
The Senior Product Manager â Specialty Pharmacy will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation specialty pharmacy. This individual will transform our current managed service offering into a modular, scalable, technology-first platform built on OmniSphere, enabling health systems to establish, manage, and optimize their own entity-owned specialty pharmacies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex technology solutions (SaaS, platforms, workflow systems, or health IT)
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmacy operations, health system solutions, care management, or medical benefit/claims workflows
- Deep experience translating user workflows and business models into structured product capabilities and platform components
- Proven success leading products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, interpret insights, and make informed prioritization decisions
