Requirements

• Lead day-to-day contact for a dedicated portfolio of high profile healthcare brands
• Understanding of both strategic thinking and project delivery
• High emotional intelligence, able to read a room and adapt communication for different audiences and cultures
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and able to communicate with confidence at all levels
• Commercial understanding of the agency and how we make money
• Responsible for monthly revenue targets for your dedicated client portfolio and contributing to the agency's annual profitability
• Formal and informal mentor to more junior member of staff
• Active and enthusiastic participant in new business activity and pitches
