Bilingual Health Educator

We are looking for a Bilingual Health Educator (HE) who is fluent in English and Spanish. As an HE, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls on the educational support line and providing information to patients. You will need to be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Answer incoming calls on the educational support line
• Follow written scripts, FAQs, and resource documents
• Maintain disease knowledge and sensitivity
• Collaborate with other departments
• Participate in ongoing training and monitoring
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Anticipate and overcome hurdles quickly and efficiently
