Requirements

• Native or bilingual level of English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative or healthcare advertising agency
• Experience supervising and mentoring copywriters
• Strong conceptual abilities
• Healthcare/pharma communication experience
• Confidence in presenting and defending creative work to clients
• A collaborative and proactive attitude
• A portfolio demonstrating concept development and polished copy across digital, print, video, and social channels
• Based in Barcelona or willing to reside there for an in-office hybrid model
