Senior Scientific Director

Omnicom Health Medical Communications is seeking a Senior Director to oversee multiple medical communication projects and develop new client relationships.

Requirements

• An advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD)
• 5+ years of experience in a Medical Communications agency setting
• Strong therapeutic category knowledge and experience, especially Oncology
• Experience establishing and growing pharmaceutical client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide strategic/scientific direction to clients
• Strong organizational, problem solving, project management, and financial skills
• Experience managing, mentoring, and motivating scientists
• In depth knowledge of pharmaceutical standards, compliance, and regulations
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
