- Translate global strategies into clear, actionable toolkits that give local markets everything they need to execute with consistency and confidence.
- Drive multi-market planning excellence, setting the quality bar, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders and ensuring delivery against global intent.
- Bring a confident POV on the evolving media landscape β knowing what's changing, what it enables, and when to pull in specialist teams.
- Own the measurement and learning agenda, defining KPIs, leading post-campaign analysis and applying marketing effectiveness principles to sharpen future recommendations.
- Create compelling planning narratives and present confidently to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Coach and develop junior planners, sharing best practice across markets and disciplines.
