Engineering Manager, Channel Readiness Team

Omnisend is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Channel Readiness Team, responsible for ensuring every message our customers send reliably reaches their audience. The team's mission is to make messaging feel simple, powerful, and worry-free, so merchants can focus on growing their business, not managing infrastructure. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for scaling the business domain, hiring and growing top engineering talent, and ensuring the team's work meets technical excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical background track record
• 2+ years of experience in a team leadership role
• Initiative in AI adoption
• Capable of making decisions to achieve the best, but not ideal solution
• Planning and dependency management skills. Stakeholders management
• Experience in engineering practices introduction and adoption
• Capable of inspiring and leading an engineering team
• Outcome and value-oriented
• Open communicator
• ‘We can do’ attitude
• Fluency in English
• Experience in building customer-facing products would be an advantage
