Job Description
Design analog and mixed-signal circuits for CMOS image sensors, including pixel arrays, column amplifiers, ADCs, and bias generators.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field with a focus on mixed-signal circuit design.
- Digital MOS VLSI circuit design and layout; circuit simulation and synthesis.
- MOSFET operation and models; Elementary amplifier configurations; biasing and references; frequency response; noise; feedback; operational amplifiers; frequency compensation; non-linearity and mismatch; passive and active filters.
- System and transistor-level analysis and design of integrated circuits.
- Schematic design, simulation, layout, post-layout verification of analog, mixed signal integrated circuits.
Benefits
- Annual base salary between $156,853 - $160,000
- Possible additional pay based on relevant skills and experience, and the pay of employees in similar roles
