Job Description
As a Functional Safety Manager, you will lead and coordinate functional safety activities for safety-critical semiconductor components used in autonomous and ADAS systems. You will act as the central point of contact for functional safety within your projects, driving execution, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- At least 4+ years of functional safety experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong experience with ISO 26262 and functional safety lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with safety analysis methods and tools (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA)
- Experience leading safety activities within cross-functional development projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills, self-driven, quality-minded, and detail-oriented
- Excellent command of English as a working language
