Job Description
This Senior Staff Engineer/Developer role at Shin-Yokohama focuses on leading chip top and block development from specification to production. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with 5+ years of analog layout experience, 3+ years as a technical leader, and experience with both analog and CMOS image sensor design. They will also drive process improvements and expand team capacity.
Requirements
- Communicate with other disciplines and take on Technical Leadership
- Define chip top development plan
- Hands-on design layout and verification using related tools
- Lead and expand capacity of the Analog Layout Team
- Continuously improve development process and layout design quality
