Job Description
The Principal Image Sensor Technology Engineer at OMNIVISION will be responsible for developing and analyzing CMOS Image Sensor systems. This role involves creating product concepts, collaborating with engineering and marketing teams, and providing feedback to R&D projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in image sensor product development and application engineering.
Requirements
- Study feasibility of various technology development options
- Create CMOS Image Sensor product concepts utilizing new technologies
- Work closely with engineering and sales/marketing groups to drive the next-generation CMOS Image Sensor R&D projects
- Communicate and align product planning objectives and R&D directions / status with the Product Marketing groups
- Lead technical discussions with customers and partners
- Analyze the pros and cons of development directions
- Strong organizational skills desired
