Job Description
Reliability Test Engineer position in Santa Clara, California. Develop and maintain product test infrastructure, coordinate reliability test activities, and debug custom reliability hardware.
Requirements
- BS degree in EE, Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Familiar with LabVIEW programming or Python
- Ability to do product test failure debug and analyze
- Experience on test equipment control (DMM, power supply, oscilloscope)
- Experience in or exposure to semiconductor device test
- Comfortable working in multi-cultural teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects and willing to learn
