Job Description
This role involves developing advanced CIS technologies, leading projects from concept to mass production, and collaborating with various teams to optimize pixel layouts and characterization. The engineer will focus on process integration and product development, including pixel design and characterization, to achieve yield and qualification targets.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in CIS process integration or product development.
- Experience of pixel design and characterization is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device, unit process are plus.
- Industrial network in image sensor area.
- Close relationship with TCAD vendor and some knowledge of competitor's technology.
