Job Description
OMRON is looking for a driven Team Leader who has several years of experience in a leadership role and is ready for the next step in their career. The role involves developing leadership further within an innovative and international technology company.
Requirements
- Work and thinking level, preferably demonstrated by a master's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a production environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, in speech and writing
