Financial Controller

A leading company in the agriculture industry is searching for a Financial Controller to join their team, responsible for maintaining financial health and supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a financial controller or similar role.
• Industrial or manufacturing background is a must.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• IFRS certification or demonstrable advanced IFRS expertise.
• Experience in managing a finance team is a plus.
