Lead a team of store staff, manage daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a store management or assistant management role. Team management experience is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and point of sale systems an asset.
