The Associate People Operations Generalist supports the day-to-day execution of People Operations with a focus on HR systems, employee data, onboarding and employee lifecycle operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms and employee data in a People Ops/HR environment
- Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, data changes, documentation, transitions) and HRIS best practices
- Basic familiarity with benefits plans/designs
- Excel skills and comfort producing accurate reporting and reconciliations
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
