Client Support Manager

The Client Support Manager is responsible for developing strategic relationships and managing the overall program health for a defined portfolio of clients. The CSM will gain an intimate understanding of their clients’ programs, competitive landscape, and business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience OR experience in building & managing client relationships preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
