Senior Manager, Financial Operations

The Senior Manager, Financial Operations will lead, scale, and transform the financial operations function, ensuring strategic alignment across Finance, Accounting, and key business partners.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial operations, accounting, or related functions, preferably within fintech or high-growth, technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of leading global teams, including offshore resources, and successfully managing performance through SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
