Senior Financial Planning Analysis Manager/ Senior FP&A Manager

The company is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analysis Manager/Senior FP&A Manager to own the full FP&A cycle, act as a strategic partner to various business units, and report directly to the CFO. The role is critical in connecting different business units to key parts of the financial model, driving commercial insights, and supporting long-term strategic planning.

Requirements

• CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of leading financial planning processes and influencing strategic decisions
• Financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
