Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, with a focus on Direct to Consumer ecommerce brands
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid media campaigns across various digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and effective ad campaigns
- Expert level proficiency in using paid media tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
