Ondo Finance is hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead the company through its next phase of growth. The role combines deep architectural ownership with operational excellence and organizational leadership. The CTO will set technical direction across a complex multi-product surface area and partner with executive stakeholders to raise standards, eliminate technical debt, and build a world-class engineering organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Track record of defining architecture and scaling complex distributed systems
- Experience operating systems with strong security, reliability, and compliance requirements
