Onboarding Specialist (Copy)

The Controller owns accounting and financial reporting for Ondo's tokenized products. The role is responsible for financial statements, internal controls, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance across all funds.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in fund accounting or financial reporting within investment management
• Mix of public accounting (2–3 years) and private fund experience (2–3 years) strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, fund structures, and financial instruments
• Experience with NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor reporting
• Experience coordinating audits and working with external auditors and tax advisors
• Ability to operate independently, make judgment calls, and manage competing priorities
