Staff Accountant, Corporate

Ondo Finance is hiring a Staff Accountant to support the accuracy and reliability of their day to day accounting operations, with primary ownership of accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related finance role, and a foundational understanding of accounting principles.

Requirements

• Own end to end accounts payable processing
• Perform two way and three way matching across invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor master data
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs
• Support monthly close by preparing AP accruals and reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger
• Assist with account reconciliations
