Job Description
One Federal Solution is seeking an Acquisition Support Specialist to provide support to the USAMRIID Acquisition & Manpower Branch. The role will involve executing acquisition activities, coordinating contract actions, and providing acquisition advice to USAMRIID customers.
Requirements
- Execute all work under the direction of the Acquisition & Manpower Branch Chief
- Provide support to the USAMRIID Acquisition & Manpower Branch
- Coordinate contract actions and assist in preparing required documents
- Identify upcoming actions, manage and process ongoing actions
- Create and manage Blanket Request for Service Contract Approval Forms
- Support the planning and procurement of equipment, software, and service maintenance contracts
- Coordinate follow on actions for facilities, software, and equipment maintenance awards
- Assist in reviewing requirement documentation and provide coordination to identify MECs
- Provide acquisition advice to USAMRIID customers on contractual matters
