Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant

One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional care to patients and support multiple offices in a Market. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in computer technology. The role involves providing venipuncture services, assisting with extended scope duties, and maintaining high standards of in-office care. The salary range is $20.25 to $22.25 per hour, and the benefits package includes paid sabbatical, free One Medical memberships, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
