Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at One Medical in New York, NY. As a primary care provider, you'll manage a patient panel, conduct visits, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care. Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• State licensed in New York, obtained by your One Medical start date
• 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a 1 year primary care fellowship, OR 1+ year in an urgent care setting
