Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Agent to work in our Lynnmall store in New Lynn, Auckland. As a Customer Champion Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive revenue growth, and help transform every in-store interaction into a sales opportunity.
Requirements
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience while maximizing sales opportunities in every interaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across consumer and business product lines
- Identify customer opportunities and confidently present our product offerings
- Provide hands-on technical support to customers
- Stay current with product knowledge, competitive offerings, and sales techniques
