One NZ is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead - Platforms & Agentforce to shape reliable, scalable Salesforce delivery across One New Zealandâs platform landscape, defining release governance, uplifting CI/CD capability, and ensuring deployment stability across key components such as Agent Console, CPQ, Product Catalogue, and XOM/COM.
Requirements
- Proven experience across Salesforce Communications Cloud or core Salesforce platform components, with at least one Salesforce certification or relevant training completed
- Strong experience designing and adopting Salesforce release management and CI/CD best practices
- Understanding of Salesforce seasonal releases, including regression scope and new feature enablement
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including agent build and Data Cloud integration
- Proven ability to define and uphold design standards, architectural guardrails, and decision traceability
- Experience with integration patterns, API governance, data flows, and managing cross-system dependencies
- Good understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, permissions, audit controls, and risk-aware design
- Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring teams and embedding best-practice ways of working
- Experience applying and governing AI-enabled development tools in enterprise environments while maintaining compliance and stability
