Job Description
One Park Financial is looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the modernization of its credit decisioning platform, transforming legacy systems and reimagining end-to-end business processes.
Requirements
- Define and own the product roadmap for credit decisioning modernization
- Identify inefficiencies in legacy architecture and build the case for change based on Analytics
- Translate business goals into a clear, prioritized product strategy
- Partner with credit, operations, and risk stakeholders to validate pain points and solutions
- Work closely with engineering in an agile environment to deliver iteratively
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of product improvements
