Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in recruitment or sales, 1 -2 years of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in database systems and MS Office Suite
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people find their ideal jobs
