Job Description
Seeking an individual with robust field or inside sales experience to drive sales growth through proactive customer outreach.
Requirements
- Market and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients
- Inbound and outbound contact with clients and prospects
- Cold calling to qualify leads and conversion of hot leads/inbound sales
- Maintain the existing client database and develop growth opportunities
- Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability
- Organize meetings with prospects to conduct sales
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities
- Work to reach and exceed sales targets
- Use the company's CRM to manage activities and communications with clients and prospects
- Act as an ambassador of the company at fairs, exhibitions, and local business networks
- Provide after-sales support
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
