#10837 Domestic Sales Representative

The primary responsibility of the Domestic Sales Executive will be to drive growth in the domestic central heating sector through effective lead management and the securing of new domestic customers in line with our strategic growth objectives.

Requirements

• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Utilise both marketing and specifier generated leads to manage, nurture, and sign new domestic customers.
• Ensure a high conversation rate is maintained from lead to contract signed and first fill.
• Sign contracts with customers, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
• Conduct site visits and complete Tank Site and Access Reports to ensure compliant placement of storage tanks.
• Work collaboratively and supportively with the Territory Development Manager and their network of key specifiers and installers within the assigned region.
• Meet with customers to understand their energy needs; apply a consultative selling approach, identifying customer's needs and proposing solutions by providing compelling value propositions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Coordinate the installation process by handing over contracts to the Home Energy Support Team.
• Represent the company in a professional manner, networking at events to promote the brand and products.
• Collaborate with the Support Team and internal departments to ensure effective and seamless sales process and customer experience.
• Utilise relevant IT systems (CRM, Qliksense, Microsoft Office) for reporting /analysis as required by the role.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
• Contribute to the safety culture by adhering to relevant tank siting standards always acting in a safe and responsible manner.
• Any other duties as deemed reasonable by management.
