Requirements
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Experience working on both gas and electric catering equipment, including combi ovens, cooking ranges, fryers, and dishwashers
- Full, clean driving license
- Advantage if holding an F-Gas cert or RGI registration
- Amenable to garda vetting
