Director of Sales

ONE Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales program at one or several new development projects, responsible for onboarding and managing sales agents, managing the CRM, reporting sales traffic, and designing strategies to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

• Strong Real Estate industry experience combined with Sales Leadership success background
• Active Florida Real Estate license required
• Proven ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and sales presentations
• Strong leadership and mentoring mindset and track record
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (bilingual: Eng/Spa, multilingual, other languages preferred but not required)
• Entrepreneurial and structured thinker/doer preferred
