Marketing Manager (Development Division)

ONE Sotheby's International Realty is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their Development Division. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing real estate marketing campaigns and managing a team. The role involves coordinating marketing efforts, working with creative agencies and PR teams, and attending developer meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience in the real estate industry
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related (Master's preferred)
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus (Fluency in Spanish preferred)
