We're looking for a customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to lead engagement marketing for the OnePay Family Product. This role involves designing and optimizing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns, driving customer activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell efforts, and owning the engagement marketing roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle and/or product marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting
- Proven experience developing and executing A/B tests, experiments, and iteration roadmaps
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically
- Ability to operate in the gray and navigate ambiguity
- Experience with reporting tools and translating data into recommendations
